• First replacement: 25% off
• Replacements 2 through 5: 15% off (per model, per customer)
  
• These discounts apply to the same model originally purchased and remain valid for up to five years from the original order date.

Include this # in the subject line. Give a brief note describing your replacement request.

We’ll verify your eligibility and send a pre-paid padded envelope for a stress free exchange. Once the damaged unit is received, a unique discount code will be sent for you to complete your replacement purchase.
